Open beta questions
What to expect while SimEOC is in open beta.
Nothing. SimEOC is free to use for approved organizations for the duration of the open beta. No credit card is required and you will not be billed.
Apply through the Join the Open Beta form with a short profile of your organization. We review applications manually and send a welcome email once your organization is approved.
We will publish pricing before the open beta ends and give participating organizations advance notice. Your exercises, users, and reports stay in your workspace.
Yes. Each organization operates in an isolated, password-protected workspace. Exercise data, user information, and after-action reports are not shared between organizations, and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
SimEOC is designed to support the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology, including functional exercises with evaluation components, after-action reports, and improvement planning documentation.
